If there was Netflix or Hulu back then they would have more than likely picked it up. Sci-Fi (which how it was spelled back then) or the USA Network should have picked it up. Back then in the early 2000's FOX (as well as ABC) were cancelling all their sci-fi theme shows like Brimstone & Freaky Links, after 13 episodes. Was so happy that other sci-fi theme shows like Buffy, Angel, Enterprise, Roswell and Smallville were able to last longer while being on the WB/UPN (Before the CW merge and putting out crappy shows for the last 5 years or so) It's owned by Disney now so if Joss Whedon wasn't semi cancelled I think there'd be a good chance of a revival. But the novels will have to suffice. In fairness, the two I've read so far have been very good. I'd recommend them. I might have to check them out. What are the titles?

In order, Big Damn Hero The Magnificent Nine The Ghost Machine Generations Life Signs There's also a new one coming out in November called Carnival. From the two I've read so far, they're really good. Like I said, they do a good job of capturing the feel on the show. Plus, they're set between the show and the movie so certain characters haven't been killed off yet. There's another book called Firefly: Still Flying which is more like a "making of" kind of thing that looks at the impact of the show with interviews from the main cast. But it also has 4 short stories in it which are pretty good. One, in particular, was really good. It's about Mal when he's old and retired living alone. He receives a letter from an old friend to tell him another friend from his Firefly days has died, which has Mal reminisce about his younger days and regrets in life. Kind of a sad story but a nice epilogue on the whole Firefly/Serenity story.

Not a movie but a TV Show that I would of liked to see is Battlestar Pegasus. It would have followed what happened to the Battlestar Pegasus after it took on 3 Cylon base ships in the original series.

How about Michael Knight & KITT meet Automan, Speed Buggy, & the Mach 5? You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

One of my favorite movies is the 1976 comedy Car Wash.I always wanted a sequel It would have been fun to see more adventures from these characters in a follow-up film a few years later. There was actually a sequel being planned in 1990 called Re-wash,but I probably would not have liked that one.I wanna keep it in the 70s! I wouldn't be interested in seeing a "modern" remake with a hip-hop feel.
