The Clips are going 2 pull this whole thing out.....going down 2-0 4 times in the same playoffs. Ty Lue is so underrated...its good to see the national sports media is starting to give him some flowers

Because exactly no one asked... I hate the Celtics infinitely more than the Clippers.

Suns Clippers game four was terrible. What a steaming pile of a game. Not sure anyone deserved to win that mess.

I loved it.....reminded me of the late 90s grimey, defensive battles between my Knicks and the Heat.
Looks like an eventual wrap for the Suns. I give credit to the Clippers for hanging there, but damn, Paul George misses free throws at the wrong time.

Going to miss Marv Albert. I'm 60, so I grew up on Marv during the Knicks glory years of the early 70s. He was synonymous with basketball....did a great job on football & hockey too. There'll never be another.

Also, something you'll almost NEVER hear me say, particularly when it happens to the team I'm rooting against (and ESPECIALLY the Clippers), but the refs missed three calls in the last minute or so of that game that should have gone the Clippers way and could easily have changed the outcome of the game. Like, I remember when the Piston held teams under 70 points for 5 games in a row. I loved that shit because the good play was clear. They were THAT GOOD on defense. I miss that physicality as much as anyone. I love NBA basketball and I always will, but players are soft about that shit now. It's a shooters/scoring league because that's what Stern worked for the last 15 years of his tenure to make it and Silver isn't going to do anything to change that. If it was that kind of old school game I would be into it. To my eyeballs, it wasn't. It was just a really bad game. [Edited 6/27/21 11:49am]

Man, I really shouldn't post when I've smoked before I've had my coffee. Marv doing the other series, so, yay! At least two more Marv games.

Atlanta could have won that game. smh Hopefully Young's ankle is too bad.

They had wide open looks, just couldn't nail them. Bogdanovic is useless out there.

Portland's problems are on defense. Mr. Big Shot knows a thing or two about defense.

Even though today's league emphasizes more offense, you still have to get crucial stops/rebounds in these tight playoff games. Pat Riley's old quote still holds true.
Clippers have a good chance to take this to seven games.

This funk is a serious joint

We'll see. These conference finals have been an unpredictable mess. I've got Suns in 6, obviously, but I won't be surprised if it goes 7.

Giannis' injury aside, I still think the Hawks were winning this game. The Bucks just don't have it in the playoffs. They just don't. They should be as good as they were in game two every night, but they're not.

Like Graycap posted earlier, Budenholzer is total shit as a coach. Call a timeout and scream at these cats, stop settling and take it to the basket!
With all the crazy injuries, this is Chris Paul's best chance to win a title. They better wrap this shit up tonight. Losing to the Clippers in 7 would be devastating.

DeMarcus Bitch Ass Cry Baby Cousins should have been ejected, as well. I have no idea what bullshittery the announcers were on tonight. That dickhole clearly swung his elbow at Chris Paul's head regardless of whether or not he embelished with his reaction. And Pat Beverly did nothing but prove who he's always been. But all three of those guys have careers full of assholeish behavior, so whatever.

Good Lord, the Clippers. They should disappear. Too much grief and nothingness.

Nice to see the Clippers out. At this point, I'm hoping for a Suns, Hawks final. It'll be great to have 2 very different teams in the finals.
