tryin to cancel SiriusXM subscription

tryin to the least find my freakin account number is such a BITCH

who created this system?? you can't even manage your account without signing in using your account number and when i look for it in my confirmation email, it only tells me the last 4 fuckin digits

i wish i never signed up for this shit... thought it would be cool but number 1 who even fucking uses this service anymore besides the suckers like me who can't even fucking cancel it...

there's a special place in hell for these fuckers who set it up like this

SoulAlive	I’ve been a SiriusXM subscriber for a few years and I love it.So many cool radio stations! Very satisfied.Why are you trying to cancel it?

they make it super tough to cancel. you have to call. they'll keep you on hold or transfer you for hours and eventually try to talk you into a lower rate. have fun.

It’s easy. You have to call and make sure you have the I.D. Number to your subscription. Originally I had no idea where to find it but the rep I spoke with told me if I press a certain button on my radio, the ID number would pop up.
