This is called consumer abuse. Microsoft built a half-ass system from jump and they are building it along the way. Printer issues connected to a group network are not are still aren't working properly. Its been my experiene the old the computer is, the issues and/or Idiosyncrasy increase.

Unless computer users are depended on Microsoft for work... I"d switch to Linux or Apple. At that, the Apple computer I have now will be my last. If I can't repair my own computers, I don't buy them.
