I'm about to be homeless... .
As posted previously, I'm selling my house, and the time has come--in 2 days, we're outta here! 
BUT, as it turns out, the house we wanted to buy fell through so we are now HOMELESS! :O Oh well...guess it's going to be a hotel room until we can find a new place...roughing it, so to speak. Don't think we're gonna have Internet in there, so I'll see you people on the other side! I really could have planned this better...I think...  Fear is the mind-killer. | |

Some nicer refrigerators are shipped in really strong, corrugated boxes.

Thanks everyone!
We found an "extended stay" hotel with a kitchen, which won't cost much more than a rental; it keeps us flexible. My stuff...I used P.O.D.S. They deliver a big box, you put your furniture and boxes in it, and they cart it off to a warehouse until you want it...then they deliver the box to your new home. A little more expensive than regular storage, but very convenient. Our realtors agreed to take our dogs...this is cool because it will motivate them to find us a house!!! :LOL: Anyways...I can still log in from work, but I haven't been on much lately due to the whirlwind...I'll be glad when this is all over with. Fear is the mind-killer. | |
