I haven't turned on tv in years. I don't know if we can get him locally but I do know this was a very insincere, fake and scripted advertisement.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7TJ7IUNWGl4 Other clips I've seen seem a bit forced sometimes. Otherwise I find him pretty likeable. But my idea of a really good host is Craig Ferguson. [Edited 2/17/19 23:47pm]

Fallon is a kiss up (Everything is AMAZING) and is only good in skits. Fallon does terrible interviews. Although, Arsenio Hall was the WORST interviewer ever. Half the time he asked a guest a question that the guest already answered in the same interview about 1 min earlier. It was like Arsenio Hall wasn't paying attention to his own interview.
Ellen is just burned out. She wanted to go off the air, but was trying to stay on the air for a positive view point for LGBTQ while Prez Cheeto was in office. To be an alternative to the hate speech out there. 99.9% of everything I say is strictly for my own entertainment

I have to agree that there is SOMETHING not right with Fallon... it's like he's an introvert trying his best to be an extrovert for big bucks.

There's so many of them... Not like the days of Johnny Carson... "Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything." --Plato

I did a thread on this very topic about two years ago. He is absolutely dreadful! Unprofessional and awkward as hell. He'll ask a guest a question and then start talking over them. He nervously laughs everything, like it's hysterical. He seems nervous all the time. Wtf?

Ah yes, Comedy Central, thanks. I supposed I enjoy the character he played more than Colbert himself. I don't think he's going hard at him at all. But then again, I never watch his full monologue, (I don't find him that compelling) rather just bits here and there on social media. And at the end of the day, 'I'm a comedian and you can't take anything I say seriously' - is literally their legal defense when they get involved with lawsuits. Even if he were going hard at Trump I wonder if that really does much more than SNL skits. Very likeable guy, the monologues meh. But he does ask some thought provoking questions when he does interviews...there I give him that. lol

PliablyPurple said: Worst ever? Not even close. Maybe you are too young to remember when Chevy Chase tried this shit. Sounds like he knew when to let it go though Lol!
