Just a personal note: If you have Cooking Channel, and watch Food Truck Nation (whose finale aired tonight), my cousin is on tonight's finale. He owns Shrimp vs. Chef food truck and is the first story. S01E07. It repeats later tonight. He's in the Ventura Co area, so look 'em up. He's one of the best people I know.

I'm pretty proud of him. Plus the shots of the tempura batter fried shrimp tacos have succeeded in making me hungry even after I've had dinner, coffee, & a couple of cookies.

Sweet! I hope he does well, the publicity shouldn't hurt any.

He's been in business a couple of years and has really had success since the start. He networks with local breweries, parking outside serving food while the people frequent the brewery for local IPAs, etc. The people's reviews of the food, saying how much they loved it - I'm a beaming cousin.

I hope the show propels more business to them.
