she was lying about some shit, she said she snapped a picture of him in a bathrobe because she sensed she was going unconscious, that smelled like bullshit to me. and there is the inconvenient fact that she lied in her book by saying he didn't rape her. I believe several of these women are lying but I also believe the majority of them. I think in the future, when this is looked back on, people are going to realize that it was a bizarre case that bent and twisted rules, not sure if it'll be seen as the system being applied correctly because it most definitely wasn't. they had their chance to get cosby earlier, they didn't do the work, no evidence, because of all the time, peoples memories fade or change, several of the women gave different accounts.

nod All because of a comedian many people still don't know [Edited 9/26/18 3:15am]

ya, that guy started it, he's not even funny, his cosby joke sounded wierd in the first place. "look up cosby rape, that'll get you more hits than hannibel burress" he's a no talent. That said, I think although he got the ball rolling, Cosby kept it rolling, he's the one who made a media blitz for the first time in years, he wouldn't back down, he was scheduled to start a new show, he went on tour, he was defiant, he was too proud. Had he shut the fuck up, (especially in that fucking deposition that he was tricked into speaking on, which i see this as a witchunt to a degree, i think what I heard was that he would have never spoke on that if they hadn't cut a deal) If he just dissapeared from the scene I think it might have died away. His ego couldn't handle it, he was still talking, delusionally about how he wanted the rape stuff to go away so he could get back to his tv shit. delusional.

no laws were bent to send Mr. Cosby to jail. Period.

Confidentiality Agreement can not be used to cover-up criminal activity or maleficence. Confidentiality Agreements are drawn up and agreed upon when both parties agree not to demean or disparage each other in public, prevent others from revealing aspects of other people private lives, protect business information, and/or intellectual property.

Bill Cosby was a sick monster, his image, wealth, and power protected him for decades. Ms. Andrea Constand attempted four times to get the D.A. in Philly to bring charges against Mr. Cosby. What ultimately brought Cosby down was deposition he gave to the D.A. at the time...Cosby admitted he routinely drug women without their knowledge or permission. After the infamous " Pound Cake" speak at the 2004 NAACP convention, AP filed a "Freedom of Information" requesting the DA release Cosby's deposition. The court denied AP's request and sealed the Cosby deposition in 2005 after AP's requested it

No one set Cosby up, framed him or pull strings to twist the law to "get him".

One could argue the bias -someway some how girls women are at fault of being raped- assisted and allowed Mr. Cosby to rape women for decades. Yet we have sex scandals once again involving the Catholic Church, Chicago Public School System, prestigious boarding school Choate Rosemary Hall and others. confused

I'm always shocked and puzzled when a victim, is belittle because she not attacking how some think she should. Amazing and pathetic.

State prison is no joke, "Lord of The Files". Within 48 hours Mr. Cosby will have to figure out who he'll have to pay dues for protection.

I thought that even the Da from the time said it was wrong to bring it back up? And how did they get him to admit anything? I thought it was all part of the deal to pay her off? It just shows how fucked up things are when they can bend the rules any which way they want. Not that I really care for cosby and even if he did admit pills, how do we know that they were intended to knock her out? Ludes have been used to loosen womens inhibitions for decades, I did some research and came upon a nurses site where they said they wanted to fuck in stairwells after taking them and that's why they took them. I think it's horseshit, she should have taken the money at the last minute if she wanted to prosecute him, now she's got it both ways. Cosby was clever, give him that, some women didn't even know what happened, didn't know anything, whether they were touched or not, anything. Others were in a middle state of consciousness or would go in and out while he did his thing. I'm not arguing about Cosby being a monster, I'm arguing about the horseshit they pulled to get him. Ali had his title taken away with no due process in the late 60's, what it is is something your brain won't admit, it's not that cosby ain't a monster, it's that the system does what it wants when it wants and all the platitudes it has on it's seals it's police cars it's coutrooms all of them don't mean shit. That's my point. And oh yeah, I saw this coming when the news broke because I know how the system is.

I definitely hear what you're saying but most likely Cosby won't be in general population. Because of his age, his health problems, his crimes and his social status, he'll probably be in a special needs yard(or prison), and with a bunch of older people who are in poor health. He definitely could still get attacked though. Some white power racist might try to make an example of cosby. Most likely though, what could possibly do him in is just the general stress of being in prison.

Rest in Peace Bettie Boo. See u soon.

If you were a victim wouldn't you want prison for your rapist?

yes indeed.
So intern the following should also be tried and sentenced:

president donald trump, himself the target of at least 16 sexual misconduct allegations.
many others:
-----》
Here's a list of political figures accused of sexual misconduct
Dec.09.2017 10:00 PM GMT
: https://www.google.com/am...ncna827821

seems strange that none of the listed have been convicted. let alone gone to trial.
wtf?
is Cosby the only one to be held criminally accountable?
what about all the white male polititians (and celebrity) sexual predators? What about seeking justice for all their female victims.
seems justice for Cosby excludes him from the just-us league.
as a woman, i demand equal justice for all the female victims of sexual abuse put upon them by those sexual predators listed at the link provided. all of them (including the prez) should be brought to trial.
for sexual battery.
as defined: SEXUAL BATTERY

imo every allegation of all on the current list should be cited and charged with "sexual battery, resignations or no.
🤓
true justice is color blind?

God this makes me angry. This. Is. Not. About. Age. This is about paying for what you do to other people. Guess what? You decide to rape women? You go to jail like every other shitty criminal that has decided to abuse women. How about the women who's LIVES have been stripped away by the disgusting things that he did to them because he somehow thought he had the right to touch them? Yea, no. Fuck him. Women are not just walking genitalia. We have a mind and we have thoughts and feelings and we want things out of life just like men do. So, I hope he as a good time in prison, they hate rapists there.

Then what do you expect those people in prison who don't like rapist to do then if that's not what you were implying? Normally, they hurt people they don't like. Which is why I'm not big on sending a weak feeble old man into such a population. I don't see the point, beyond people wanting to see him physically harmed. I agree what he did was shi**y but tit for tat on a really old guy seems pointless to me. Every ounce of respectability he accumulated while he was behaving crappy, basically lying, has been forever stripped away, every ounce. Now lets hope he get the crap beat out of him.

i really wonder how much of all of that and the good guy, clown image was consciously a smokescreen. It worked on us for 50 years. even now I feel twinges of sympathy because he wasn't all bad, he had a lot of good in him. a lot, now that's going to all be forgotten because of his sickness.

no, people do have a mob mentality, that part is sickening, when they sense vulnerability they attack, just a part of our natures i guess. It's not wrong per se, but most people are conformist and it feels good when you see a despicable person because it bonds the group. How much of it is genuine? How much enmity can you muster for people you don't know at all, good or bad? I always thought Mj's scandal and his after death rebirth was interesting, people were so shocked that he died that the voices who talked shit were screamed down. The mob wanted to adore him for awhile.

You and OJ should be friends, as he said the exact same thing. I'm done talking.

OJ wasn't a feeble old man. Apples and oranges.

oj wasn't 81 and blind but his defense in the first trial, the murder one, they said he was racked with issues, not hard to believe, football will completely ruin a man.

no laws were bent to send Mr. Cosby to jail. Period.

\Will Philly penal system take some measure's to tend to his medical needs, yes. State Penitentiary systems doesn't babysit inmates, irrespective of who they are. The older you are the more vulnerable you are in prison; guards can compound that misery. The fact that Cosby wealthy, inmates will attempt to exploit him at every turn.
