That part "if words control you that means everyone else can control you" I believe wholeheartedly. A lot of people like to play puppet master. Time keeps on slipping into the future...

That is essentially the Buddhist idea of "non-attachment". Observe without being affected, or attached, to what you observe. Experience what you experience without attachment to the outcome or the event. Or to quote the Gospel of Thomas "Be passerby." | |
