I am keeping an open mind. Season 1 of Supergirl was very well done, and I am looking forward to season 2. I will reserve any opinions until I see the eisodes, but it's kind of hard to look at him and then think of Henry Cavill, who is the ultimate Superman in physical form.

This costume seems to be inspried by the Bvs Batman body suit texture, the new 52 comics, as well as some Justice Lords influence around the cape/shoulder area.

Well, he really has balls to put on a Supermansuit after Henry Cavill wore it

I still like Brandon Routh

Brandon Routh was very underrated as Superman. If he wasn't already part of that universe, I would have said he'd be a perfect choice. But seeing as he's already in it, that's why I suggested Tom Welling.

I know Tom Welling said he would never wear the superman suit. I'm sure if Brandon Routh wasn't playing the Atom I bet he would play Superman on Supergirl

The "S" sheild is very similar to the one Christopher Reeve wore on his suit.

I think he will be better than Dean Cain. Couldn't get into Lois and Clark

I am glad this movie, was never made.

In the 90s, Dean Cain was our only option, so I enjoyed the early seasons of Lois and Clark.

I just read the comics instead. Gave the show a chance but was just to painful to watch.
