Ok this is a serious question? Wine Glass or Jar?

This question is for straights and gays? You choose a woman (or man), does she(he) drink out the wine glass or the jelly jar?

Ummm, is this a jelly jar glass with a Looney Tunes character on it (Bugs Bunny, Taz, etc) or possibly Snoopy,Charlie Brown etc?
confuse

If so they can drink out of it their little heart desires in private. Just don't bring it with them to a resaurant and tell the garcon to fill the glass with wine. lol

Now that just goes to show you the difference in cultures, cuz where I come from jelly jars were used for just about everything, from old grease storage containers to celebrating the 5th year wedding anniversaries -- 'clink'.

Anyways, I can get with a jelly jar any day, cause you can put a whole lotta ice and water in them. nod And they make excellent fruit & wine glasses for those fun in the sun backyard bbq's.

What is a jelly jar, is it like a jam jar? Small glass jar?
I drink wine from a wine glass... although maybe during my students years there were times when the bottle was good enough for me biggrin

It sounds so weird to drink wine from a jar... it'd be like drinking wine from a tumbler. It's just not right biggrin

disbelief A jelly jar aka jam jar. I'm tellin you, Try it. Next time you empty out that last scoop of jam/jelly, soak it in some warm water to get the paper label off, then throw it in the dishwasher, and the next time you want a big ole glass of water with lots of ice, get yo jelly jar!!!

Depends. My grandparents came over right from italy. They would drink beer and wine from those "jars" sometimes. If my grandma cooked a huge plate of spaghetti or polenta and we were all over just having a casual dinner, the glassware was no big thing.

i think jars can be cool in a casual atmosphere, with one of them big fat jugs of wine, or even the homeade stuff if you have access to it. Some bread, cheeses, grapes, whatever.

If you're trying to have a romantic/formal dinner with someone, jars are trash lol.
