Now see if I had of added something along the lines to always needing jar openers, hammer and wrench techs then there'd be a whole other group of male humans with feathers rustled. This is how this kind of stuff goes over the head of the general public. People zero in on the point of light jiggling on the wall and completely ignore what's really happening. It really is sad at least to me. Next thing you know years later people are scratching their heads wondering how something became the new norm and who made the decision. The point of the article is that sperm may not be needed to create a new human being. At the end of the day that is an important thing to the continuaton of the species.

Nothing, especially this sexist post, has gone over my head. YOU chose to use the word 'obsolete', thereby rendering an entire gender useless, save for the sole purpose of procreation.

Please, by all means, tell me what I missed. hmph!

Yes I chose to use a sentence. On purpose. Was it a personal statement. No. Note the question mark. Done again on purpose. That was not originally used.

Lastly, note three separate sources were used including one with the official research paper. Bellyache elsewhere. I posted exactly what I meant to post.

lol You must have me confused for somebody who wants to take the time discern whether the statements YOU make are personal.

MY point is that YOUR provacative thread title worked. It provoked a reaction from people who DON'T feel this "research" will make them "obsolete" as a human being with a penis. That all.

Also, I'll "bellyache" wherever the fuck I please. wink

So, conclusion: A penis is a big thing.

Right, I get it. I will never make any degrading jokes about the uselessnes of men anymore.

Well, if men don't make jokes about females, that is. They have to do it first.

99% of my posts are ironic. Maybe this post sides with the other 1%.

I don't recall asking anybody tochange their opinion based on mine. But one should be advised, when you express such views that someone is likely going to take offesnse, and respond as such.

You don't have to like, want or "need" men and/or dick. More for me. razz

Also, a penis CAN be thing. lol Couldn't resist. Sorry not sorry.

Me, too. I can open my own jars just fine tyvm, but fake diddlers are no comparison to the real thing. I'd be the one leading the Save The Men campaign and organizing the fundraisers and hiring Alyssa Milano to stare down people through their televisions to make them contribute.

It's not that serious. I was merely agreeing with 214's statement about penises being "an important thing. A thing that matters." wink

O, no, she didn't.

Feminism is not about hating men. Nor their dicks.
