I had to watch the Vid via my cell...James can sing. The song is Good...The Music is great...It was hard to make out some of the lyrics with James holding his hand over the mic and making out with the Mic...He's Blessed to have Jamie Fox Mentor him and help him....

I absolutely love it! Little did he know that stuffing his pie hole would pay off big time one day...

This is only the beginning...I wish him much success.

He does have a very nice voice. R&B needs him. Too bad he doesn't have what they refer to as "the whole package" in the industry. Unfortunately, it's going to work against him.

You know, I don't think the fact that James is Fluffy & Feminine will stop him from having a Career in the Entertainment Industry. He will always come up against road-blocks but James is Smart and maybe even "clever"..He's been dealt a hand and he has to figure out what he's willing to Compromise on...Straight or Gay when you decide to become an Entertainer you have to create a 2nd & maybe even a 3rd Personality...The test of your Strength is when the Real you survives it..

I just saw James Saturday @ The BET Gospel Celebration. He is a big celebrity now. He couldn't walk anywhere. In fact he was called up to sing during the commercial breaks..

Hmmmmm. I wonder why only during the commercial breaks? They know he can sang. They should have let him perform as part of the show even if it was impromtu. I hope they are not still trying to lead people to believe there are no gay men in gospel music.

Trust me it wasn't ANY time to include him in the main show. It was full to capacity.They have a lot of editing to do. Some gospel singers may not make the cut. He can sang(as you say) but not as good as what I heard there. He only sang a few seconds anyway. It was impromtu.

I don't ever remember him coming out. So why would U call him that anyway?

Every gay person does not have to make an announcement and "come out". Why waste time stating the obvious? There is nothing wrong with it. I think he's a breath of fresh air. He has a nice voice with plenty of personality and I hope he gets a break and not just be known as the guy who promoted Patti's pies. It's just you know how the black community is when it comes to gay black men, especially in the church and in the gospel music community. If you don't talk about it and pretend like they are not there, then they don't exist.

Well they're definitely ALL in the church abundantly. Plus some of the top gospel singers and preachers are also. But you didn't hear it from me.

James will be just fine. The way he was sashaying around that night. He doesn't seem to be worried one bit about his future. I saw him a few weeks ago on Stevie Harvey's talk show also. He is EVERYWHERE NOW!
