But he espouses the same beliefs about the Illuminati, etc. that many do in P&R. Do you think they are suffering from mental health issues, too?

But what Randy does is way beyond believing in internet conspiracies.

A couple of years ago Mr. Quaid and his wife were featured in Vanity Fair interview. Reading the ramblings and their outlandish explanations Mr. & Ms. Quaid - gave for the deaths of Michael Jackson, Heath Ledger and others - lead me to believe both may have some mental health issues. If my memory is correct, members Mr. Quaid's family blame his wife for the bizarre turn his life has taken. Whether that's true or not, who knows. Mr. Quaid strange behavior has caused an estrangement from his brother Dennis Quaid; it's been said these men had always been close.

I thought may be it was going to be a quirky interview about two eccentrics, but that wasn't the case. If I remeber correctly V.F. said, Randy and his wife were homeless at the time they were interviewed.

Would be nice if he could get the help he needs, but it looks like he's doing everything to avoid getting true help, in such case nobody can help him.

Maybe. It seems to me that Quaid actually lives out his fears, rather than just spreading them on the internet. Maybe that's the difference.
