How can someone look at a photo like this and fail to see the truth of the flat Earth?

It is so painfully clear that the entire design of this system is meant to keep us from the "edges". It takes a certain kind of person to see that ice sheet and WANT to try and cross it. Clearly, there are many who would try... despite the obvious perils. Which is why it is protected by so many nations (supposed enemies). I would need no other proof that a massive deception is afoot than this simple fact: An explorer, using their own money and resources and risking their own life cannot attempt to cross the ice.... why would any military care if some idiot falls in an ice crevice unless there is a massive secret to be found out there?

Where is that?

Ok. My pic looks the same though right? Problem is, it's a photo of the ice cap at the Eurasian Arctic near Svalbad. So how does that square with your assertion that such a feature is proof of a flat earth? After all, the arctic is is the centre of the flat earth so no need to barriers peventing us from sesing the edge. Maybe it's just a feature caused by it being really cold?

your picture does not look the same. There are no water run offs in my picture.

The Antartica is not in the center of a flat earth. On the flat earth, the Antartic circles the oceans almost like a bowl. Hence the white around the flat earth map i posted. You can get on google or whatever and do a search for Antartica pictures and I'm sure you find several very similar to mine. Didn't think you would dispute that it was a picture of the Antartic

Anyway. When it comes two big fuck off 200ft ice walls, we're missing the elephant in the room. It's not an obstacle to exploration. This ain't Westeros. We have aeroplanes. wink

No. I said the arctic is at the centre of your model. Not Antarctica. And the arctic has the same features you are asserting proves an intentional barrier at the edge.

"we have aeroplanes"...yeah tell that to the ones in power. They claim it's too damn cold, which we know is NOT true, so that indicates they are hiding something. Why else would the United Nation's have the flat earth as their logo?

Oh no boo, you need to present the entire map not a piece. According to your map Russia is south (or north, because you go north then eventually your heading south, based on the arctic circle) of Canada, since its all smudgy and worn one cant see the distance between the two, or anything written in that area, very convenient.

.

With this ridiculous "map", you have just proven yourself what kind of bs your flat earth theory is.

.

Just calculate how long a passenger flight from Australia or New Zealand to Chile would take if this map was true.

What a brilliant point. Gutted I didn't think of it.
It takes approx 24 hours flying time from New Zealand to London. That map
shows the distance from NZ to Chile is about 25% further than NZ to London so by that model it would be about 30 hours in flight to Chile. It's actually about 12 hours. Maybe they just fly really slow to London to maintain the myth?

What a surprise... evillol

.

I ask once again: what about Messner and Fuchs in 1989/1990?

From Wiki:

"1989–1990 – Antarctic crossing (over the South Pole) on foot, 2,800-km trek with Arved Fuchs"

According to the flat earth map, the south pole doesn't exist and also according to the video i posted and you ignored earlier.

So he went OVER the south pole. I hope he took pictures. Where are the pictures he took when he went over?

.

They can easliy be found via google. The whole trip has been documented quite well.

.

Messner and Fuchs started at some research camp which can be reached from Chile, and ended at another station with a flight connection to New Zealand (these flights usually only take a few hours). According to your "map", this trip (the two flights plus walking 2800 km) would have been impossible.

Why do flights from Syndey Australia to Santiago, Chili make stops in the USA and Canada????

Makes no sense on a global earth, but makes perfect sense on a flat earth. Think about it:

Makes no sense on a global earth, but makes perfect sense on a flat earth. Think about it:

.

There are direct flights from Sydney to Santiago de Chile (ca. 12 1/2 hours or slightly more) and also flights with only one stop in Auckland, NZ.

.

Please explain to me how you get from Sydney to Santiago in ca. 12-13 hours with a standard passenger aircraft on your flat earth. These flights do exist!

.

The sheer fact that you can book flight connections with certain stops does not prove anything as these stops are not necessarily on the direct route.

.

Also, I'm still waiting on your explanation for the Messner-Fuchs Antarctica expedition in 1989/1990 - vide supra.

Bt/w Rodeo never undid his "checkmate" when i showed him that a ship has direct access from Tokyo to Honolulu.

And just to clarify, what explanation are you waiting for? What is your point?

.

My point is that it is

a) physically impossible to fly from Sydney to Santiago de Chile in ca. 12-13 hours with a standard passenger aircraft on your flat earth model

but

b) direct flights with this duration do exist and can be booked.

.

Hence, I would like you to explain how your flat earth "map" can be valid, taking into account these considerations.

Why should I undo it? You're agreeing with me, but using a Squished Earth map as an erroneous basis for your agreement.

The way I see it, we're thisclose to agreeing the Earth is a round sphere!

Hey, quick question - is every other planet, moon and star flat too? Are any of them spheres?

Makes no sense on a global earth, but makes perfect sense on a flat earth. Think about it:

That's not even true. No flight from Australia to South America touches down or flies over the U.S or Canada. Where are you getting this shit. I work in the industry and I'm tling you for a fact there's no such flights.

A fare may use two separate flights going via their hub city so an Air Canada fate from Sydney to santiago would be a long way to do it but you'd have to fly to Vancouver first to be able to pick
Up their flight to Chile. Likewise Air NZ fly direct to Honolulu but if you buy a Qantas ticket you have to fly in the wrong direction first to their hub in Sydney.

Anyone who uses the argument you just did is relying on the idiocy of their followers. Give it up. It's long over. Your model doesn't work.
