The Confederate flag should be out lawed and burned, it's just a form of white racism in America, it's symbolic, offensive and just shows me I will never be welcomed here in America and if u don't know what racism is, here's the definition ...

it's tasteless, to say the least. offense, to say more. but it shouldn't be outlawed.

of course, i do think that certain states shouldn't be displaying it over state buildings.

I don't like seeing in court houses either, especailly when I have to do jury duty

Outlawed? The Confederate flag is offensive to many (and silly IMHO--the South will not "rise again"), but there's something called the "First Amendment." You know, freedom of speech and all that jazz. And as a lawyer, I'm sworn to support the U.S. Constitution.
