The hardest thing is for me to keep my mouth shut. I know that I can and will go overboard with my opinion and anger so, I'd better just keep my mouth shut.

I got into trouble the last time, standing by and asserting my opinion against my managers and that job went down hill (that wasn't the only time). This time around I should have learned the lesson and become wiser. It doesn't matter that I'm right, because if I assert my opinion, I will be perceived as challenging authority (and I am right).

The hardest thing for me is unfairness and I speak up about it, even against authority. Sometimes, you just have to live with certain situations that you can't do nothing about and deal with it differently than in the past.

Another thing I need to remember, is that all the injustice and unfairness in the world will not go away until God's kingdom begins it's rule on the earth.

I guess I will try a different tactic when I see my bosses on Wednesday. I have something in mind.
