As Morrissey said, "we hate it when our friends become successful." This applies to a successful career, love life, tennis match, domino tournament... whatever.

How many of you would be PISSED if a friend of yours won the lottery and you didn't? What about promotions at your job? How about playing a game of Trivial Pursuit? What if your friend landed the hot girl/guy that you wanted? What if your friend gets a new car that you truly wish that you had?

How many of you want to see these people taste their own fucking blood after a brutal automobile accident?

Nothing bothers me... I just like to see people taste their own fucking blood after brutal automobile accidents.

In all seriousness, I was just being silly... I am rather happy when people are happy... I prefer it and I love it when people do well.

*don't tell anyone about this, it kinda fucks up my image*

Alright...but I'll go ahead and take this opportunity to point out that much of tax policy is based on jealousy.

Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect, it means you've decided to look beyond the imperfections... unknown

I love to see people happy up to a point.

If it starts becoming detrimental to my own happiness then that's probably the time the automobile accident thing comes into play.

I'd love to see my friends be happy. Really.

What I don't like is when somebody undeserving is happy, especially if it's at somebody else's expense.

But I think most people deserve to be happy, so it's not that much of an issue.

Why, dahlink? Thinking about becoming happy?

I agree with that...

And, I don't like when people land those great jobs by screwing others(literally or figuratively), getting fancy cars, collect oodles of insurance money or get new televisions because they are screwing the insurance companies or suing people to make a quick buck. When I see others who do things the "right" way and seem to not find a way to get ahead.

Otherwise... I'm happy that people are happy.

Don't know about the car crash bit, but I'm 100% with Morrisey on this one.

I'm only friendly with drug-addicts, dossers, and losers. All my friends are in the gutter.

I'm very happy.smile

Many, many people are like this.

I have experienced this many times.

And there are a few on the org like this, too, I have noticed.

Actually, there are a lot.

Jealousy is alive and well in the world.

You just have to love the people that matter to you and yourself and you will be fine.

Jealous mfers can f off.

Mizzunderstood

I like to see people happy, but when it comes to people I don't like I want to see them just as miserable as I am. I guess we all are really unhappy with our lives, that why when we see other people happy we don't like it cuz it ain't fair that you get to be happy while I'm suffering, so now I'm going to make you miserable just like I'm miserable rolleyes bored it's a endless circle
