Man I can't get no satisfaction from this show!

I have a feeling, though, that Khalesi will fuck up BIG TIME, I don't tink she is that wise (She doesn't look or sound wise to me). She has sex with a dude whom she doesn't trust, if she sticks with him he can fuck her over and do anything, even the dragons now aren't as loyal as they've been to her.

I hear you, but I don't think she's going to fuck up, I think someone in her camp will betray her. As for her getting a piece of dick from whats-his-face, that was just for her needs. She's smart enough to know that he can't be trusted.

Grrr G.R.R.Martin is an asshat, cannot believe he did that, I know you should never get attached to characters, but still, grrr!!

But Sansaa, woo hoo, very well played, little finger should be on his guard!

Ayra, will be interesting to see what happens there, am hoping she will meet up with Sansaa, but that would be way too easy.

Are all bastards given the surname Snow?

So Greg Worm, I assume that he was definitely castrated? I half expected Daenerys to ask him to drop his pants, so she could find out.
Hoping that that is not the last we see of Ser Jorah, as he is the voice of reason, but I guess it was getting crowded at the table there.

Only two more left for the season..

I know right, I had grown to like Ser Jorah. It was especially sad when he told her that he loved her and she turned him away coldly. I understand her reasoning but damn.

I think all bastards up North are given the surname of Snow, while over down South and to the West, all bastards are given the surname of Sand (like Oberyn's girlfriend). I read something on the HBO site saying something to that effect.

Speaking of Oberyn...I sure will miss him and his boldness...even if it did get him killed. sad

My prediction (which could be wrong since I'm not good at them) is that Jaime will step in to save Tyrion somehow, someway. There's something up, Jaime is usually more helpful than this and since his role has been pretty much stepping away from helping Tyrion (aside from the failed deal he made Tywin), I think at this point, he may be willing to give his life to save Tyrion. But who knows...GoT has a knack for doing the unexpected (just as it did last night), which is one of the many reasons why I love the show.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

Oberlyn was a great character and should have had alot more to do in this show, fuck the books. The actor was awesome and a fun to watch in a show that is getting pretty my fill of misery and suffering. Honestly half way thru last nights episode I started thinking is this really worth my time, cause everyone is gonna die sooner or later. Plus Im not really into the Bolton's or the Greystones.

Plus wasn't it known that Jorah was a former spy for Kings Landing? Or were the viewers aware of it only?

Honestly haveing read the spoilers the only thing Im interested in is Brienna.

ANOTHER GoT PREDICTION SURE TO GO WRONG WAS RIGHT!!!!!

Ser Jorah and Khalessi's relationship blows up as they get closer. When Varys' "birds" arrive in Slaver's Bay word will get out that Jorah was spying for Robert Baratheon.

I posted that in Part I on Friday . . .

The show's greatness, such as it is, lies right there: they refuse you the obvious payoff and take the characters you might be most attached to. Some of the other storylines are coming to King's Landing's gates sooner or later.

Plus wasn't it known that Jorah was a former spy for Kings Landing? Or were the viewers aware of it only?

It was a minor point in S1, and only Jorah, the King and the Small Council (including Ned Stark) and the audience knew.

You are so right. I loved watching Oberyn doing what he pretty much wanted to do and dared anyone to tell him otherwise. His confidence was so exhilarating to watch. I would have loved to have seen his character be extended out at least another season. He would had been the ultimate badass of the show had he lived. sigh Oh well.

I agree with you on the point you make about the show being sort of, well depressing. I think it's been a great season with a lot of great moments, but overall, it has been the most depressing season yet. Just when I thought watching poor Theon be tortured and brainwashed for literally the WHOLE entire season last year couldn't had been miserable enough. sad

Now next week it looks like the bulk of the episode will be the battle between Mance and the Night's Watch.

I just couldn't look. I was watching with a friend and covered my eyes...I just kept saying, "PLEASE don't let him be dead...please don't let him be dead." beg beg My friend has read all the books and last night I wanted to kill her. Why? Because I told her never to tell me what was going to happen and she kept telling me, "You're not going to like Oberyn soon." So I assumed he'd be doing something evil or turn into a complete asshole.

After last night's show bawl I turned to my friend and said, "WTF?? I thought you said I wouldn't LIKE Oberyn...how can I NOT like him? He's dead!!"

She said, "That's what I meant. You won't like him anymore because he's toast!" mad mad Not watching with her ever ever ever again!!! razz lol

That shit was hard to watch man neutral neutral eek eek eek sad sad sad Like, kncoking out his eyes? confused ... Shit.

Tyron better not be dead in the next episode, his facepalm at the end, though, was precious, everyone thought dude won but The Mountain was smart enough to do that to him.

Thing is, I don't know if the death penalty should be applied AT THE VERY TIME the one chosen for the combat is dead??

I'm watching the episode again right now. One thing Ser Jorah said to Khaleesi during their spat was that "this is the work of Tywin Lannister. He's trying to divide us. If we are fighting each other then we aren't fighting him". If ever that is so true. That damn Tywin is a fuckin' genius.

Now that Ramsay is no longer a "Snow" and now a "Bolton"...should we be more afraid? Why do I feel like somewhere down the line it's going to be Ramsey vs. Jon Snow? hmmm

Did you guys notice that Theon was about to crack during his "portrayal" of himself?

Arya's reaction to finding out her crazy aunt Lysa was dead was my same reaction. lol "Another fuckin' family member dead? LMAO! This is some shit." And is The Hound going to end up dying of an infection from that neck bite?

Sansa did something to Petyr when she walked down them steps wearing all black and her hair dyed black....just like her mother. faint Lawd have mercy, Baelish better watch out! Sansa is going to have him eating out of her hand (or another body part) pretty soon. wink

Oh goodness, GoT is on a roll killing off likeable characters. Sure hope Jaime isn't next. And it damn sure better not be Tyrion, cause the day they kill Tyrion off is the day I kill GoT off my television schedule. Trust and believe. hammer

Same goes for me, I'll quit this bitch if Tyrion dies.

I somehow think that Theon is playing it safe, I know that's difficult to see.... It's plain obvious that dude forgot who he is and is slowing turned by the fact that he's a puppet... But who knows, this is GOT, he can pull off a genius move outta the blue and show that bastard Ramsay what he deserves. (That's cutting his dick the very same way)

Somehow I don't believe that Theon is completely gone. For the most part, yes, but when he nearly fell apart during his "act", it made me think that it's possible that he could very well know what he's doing. He's had to learn something from all of that torture and captivity.

I freaking love this show. All its misery, nothing guaranteed. I relish it.

Sansa just became a goddess in Belish's eyes. Them Starks and Tulleys made a powerful blend. Even what seems weak bends and curves and weaves.

I laughed with Arya too. Seriously just laughed.

I get so quiet and still listening to Tyrion speak.

Actually I have so much to say about the performances, the scenery, all of it just pulls me in.

I'm watching it again even though I did cover my eyes for that ending.

Lots happened in this last episode! Sad to see Oberlyn go - he was very entertaining. And I too enjoy listening to Tyrion smile I do not think Arya knows Sansa is at the crazy aunt's castle and has left with the Hound. Poor Arya, she just keeps missing everyone!

I totally enjoy that we (who have not read ahead in the books) do not know who will be next on the chopping block. I have thoroughly enjoyed breaking with the tradition of getting too attached to a character - or the producers keeping them on because viewers like them (see Lafayette in True Blood) I was so bummed and shocked the first season when Ned Stark was beheaded - but now I love knowing that ANYTHING can happen!

biggrin
