Maybe some live yogurt before and after might help. I don't use sour cream yogurt so I don't know about that but I have a sensitive tummy too & I've sworn by live yogurt for over twenty years now. you really ought to get a small spice/coffee grinder and buy the dried peppers and grind them yourself (do it outside or in a gragage: not in the living area as it can cause issues. But it is way better than the pre-ground stuff in the jars...and you can mix in other peppers. "Keep on shilling for Big Pharm!" | |
