ok, its officially Tuesday as of this post, but I admit, I've been mancrushing on Steve McQueen since 12 Years came out. I'm so proud of him, i friggin' LOVE that movie for so many reasons. I just saw the recent Arsenio interview and read the Interview he did with Kanye, and pretty much anything I can find online, videos, articles. I seriously want to meet dude! He's the reason I'm tuning in to the Oscars. He and Lupita, she's another story altogether. (SIGH!!! ). But yeah, please pass on any new/relevant info. random facts on Mr. McQueen.

I really have enjoyed 12 Years a Slave (2013), Shame (2011) and Hunger (2008). He's a really great, relatively new filmaker; and I love that apparently he is in love with Michael Fassbender (as any wise person should be). However, I don't know much about him personally and only recently even discovered what he looked like

I watch The Vampire Diaries.

His paternal grandparents were actor Steve McQueen and Filipina actress Neile Adams. Neile Adams' niece is Filipino-Spanish socialite Isabel Preysler, mother of Enrique Iglesias, making McQueen and Iglesias second cousins.

Hey Steve was only 25 when he played the lead in The Blob...and his grandson is now 25. So give the boy time. He has good genes after all.
