Feeling Angry For No Reason?

Do you ever have a day where you just feel mad? idk why but today i am feeling so aggresive for almost no reason. I was at Barneys today watching the football game... and for some reason EVERYONE was annoying me. Every frat guy there i just wanted to beat up... and all the girls who spoke like Valley girls gave me a headache. Everyone was just annoying me and making me mad... and idk why. I feel bad having feelings like that cause i usually try to be a nice, mild mannered guy. Perhaps i should do Yoga?

Has anyone else had days like these where you feel mad for no reason?

advice for that day??

a) avoid people (if possible), or just avoid conversation (if possible, to avoid crazy shit comin' out of your mouth)

b) gym

b) watch porn and jerk off, furiously

c) listen to your favourite music, movie, etc

There's ALWAYS a reason. Something in your subconscious nagging at you perhaps? The moon playing with your hormones? (Even though the full moon was a week ago).

Have you skipped the gym lately? Maybe your body is craving the exercise?

Or just go and have some angry sex.

The gym is something i do everyday to get out of frustarion. i assaulted the stair master today eek biggrin

I took up kickboxing last year and I could actually feel the frustration escape out of me with every punch n kick

It's extremely therapeutical and great for fitness and necessary for self defence!!!

I really enjoyed boxing I think I might take it up again!!!

I work with people. Costumer service. I've learned to supress my anger through meditation and plenty of sleep

Also with a nice dosage of apathy. Does a body good? I don't care
