Yes, a thread about big legs is needed.

So one of the good abd bad things about body building... is legs. I workout my legs like crazy... but the problem is i have always had big legs.

When i was younger i played football and had the ''lineman legs' but the fat kind

So i workout my legs a lot and first i started lifting heavy trying to get more muscle. I already did enough cardio and i would do lighter weights on the leg press and just go longer, harder, faster. To lose weight in them...

But as my stengrth training and cardio have continued my legs got a lot more muscle but there still big. BUT i have come to love my legs! this guy told me recently

'You a big bitch! got damm you got legs like a quarterback how the hell do you get romantic with those beasts waiting to come kick and break a bitch in half'


I love my legs now and we need more love for big fuckin legs in this world.

Not me. I don't like doing leg work, so I don't do very much.

I'm guessing based on what he can leg press, that uptownNY has the biggest legs here.

Ahhh i'm jealous! what is his max?

Currently my max is 900.. but so far haven't gone beyond that. I am trying though!

WOW. That might be the most I've seen here. You guys are strong.

Legs are easily the easiest body part for me to work-out too. I think it comes from the fact that in junior high and high school (grades 7-12), I had to walk to and from school a great distance. Later, I found that jogging/running was an easier workout too. I think it was from all the walking I did in my youth. I had legs like sequoias! And in the gym, working out with a trainer, we did at least a day or two a week where we simply called it "Leg Day" and I did it with ease. On the other hand, arms and shoulders have always been the difficult thing for me. It takes forever to get them and then I find that the muscle just goes away unless I constantly work them. And it hurts like a bitch and seems like the impossible. But legs? Nope.

Go figure.
