EAST COUNTY — The father of two missing siblings issued an emotional plea Tuesday night to the man suspected of kidnapping one or both of them and urged his daughter to “run” from her abductor if she could.

A $1 million arrest warrant was issued Tuesday for James Lee DiMaggio, 40, of Boulevard, who is suspected of killing his longtime friend Christina “Tina” Anderson, 41, of Lakeside, and a child. Their bodies were found in the burned ruins of DiMaggio’s home Sunday night.
