whats your favorite summer fruit?

´tis that season of the year and now that all yall hibernating peeps now have come out to play there this burning question that´s like that big elephant in the room...so much fruit ...so little time..butt not all of it turns me on. apples for instance...Braeburns and pink lady are good butt all in all pretty boring in the summertime. it´s like having sex with Gwinneth Paltroe when y´all know you could be sexxing Sofia Vergara, right?

-

-

So with that in mind, what is your definite summer fruit? What is your Eva Mendez of all fruit? Not the banana or apple you can eat anytime butt the real sexxy fruits? Exotic and tasty? -

-

Mow some of yall may know by now that I´m that kinda man who loves to spoil the ladies and treat em right...just the good life hedonistic stuff that only comes naturally now that the summers there ..tis that time of the year you know?

-

-

Now the thing is that there are kind a bland fruits like pears and maybe appels but then again ...there are bananas and they kinda good for you´re sex hormones, even though like I said above, they ARE kind of plain and normal butt you get the point.

-

-

And strawberries are supposed to be an afrodisac too you know ? its cause of the zinc ...high in zinc.

-

-

peaches are sexxy too,....likke that 112 song says..peaches and cream horny oral oral oral oral oral oral tonk tonk tonk tonk tonk fallinluv fallinluv 3some

-

-

-

I´m a bit undecided when it comes to melon though...

watermelon supposed to make your dick hard.

butt I like the taste of cantaloup and honey dew

-

-

butt only if the honeydew is really sweet you know? some aint so sweet so the name is bullshitting you.dont be fooled ...buy cantaloup cause 9 times out of 10,them is sweeter.

-

-bluebberrries sexy too..high in something thats supposed to be good for your bloodflow.
I gots to make sure to have some fruit at home today.
like some pineapples ...
-

-

pineapples are VERY sexy and considered a good source of something that makes them an afrosidiac too.

so whats your favorite summer fruit?

It's hard to beat a large juicy peach. I usually buy mine the last week of June and early July at Costco. They sell huge peaches at a decent price, and they are usually sweet and juicy. Fresh pineapple eaten in Hawaii or Brazil is fantastic. It doesn't taste like the ones you get in the grocery in the states. When I visited Brazil years ago, each morning breakfast was a cornucopia of fresh fruit, the likes I had never had. The mangoes, kiwi fruit, pineapple, strawberries were so much bigger and sweeter tasting. But the fresh pineapples in Hawaii were out of this world. Our tour guide told us that when pineapple plantation owners caught thieves stealing their crop, they would make them sit down and eat pineapples until the acid numbed their lips. lol

A true Org thread. thumbs up! falloff nod

When I think "summertime" the fruits that come to mind are; Watermelon, Mango, and Pineapple.

Lately though, all I can find are those stupid "seedless" watermelons...and they tend to be completely TASTELESS.

This year I'm eating a lot of blueberries and raspberries, which I've never done before. I'd really like to get ahold of a truly ripe pineapple but I'd have to go to hawaii for that, which is not in the cards right now. Melons (as well as a few of the standard summer fruits) have been barf going on a few years now. At this time I'm having a hard time knowing what all the summer fruit are unless I google it since many things seems to be in the store year round. I hold out for the white peaches and white nectrines, since the regular ones get picked to early to be as good and sweet as I remember. Overall, I'm not as excited about summer fruits as I use to be.

Kenepas, mangoes, cherries, melon (because I love to sprinkle mint on it- I REALLY love mint) blueberries, plums, peaches, and the weird plantains that come in that are small and fat and a darker hue of yellow/pink.

I currently live in Colorado and berries are on sale in stores now. I'm not sure why, however, because they may look good in color - but are seemingly tasteless. You can buy two large packages of strawberries for $4.00. That's a good deal, if you don't mind that they have no flavor. Blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries are also on sale in smaller packages, two for $5. They have a bit more flavor, but nothing that really knocks your socks off. I heard that it is hard to find any fruit or vegetable, not organic or directly from the farm, that tastes like it should these days and am starting to believe it. I can't tell you when the last time it was that I had a banana or tomato that actually tasted like one. But, to answer the thread question, I enjoy a melon called a Santa Claus melon (or it's sometimes called a Christmas melon or piel de sapo). It has a sweetness and look similar to a honeydew melon. I like to sprinkle fresh lime juice on it, and perhaps some wheat germ. It is delicious!

watermelon is good for your dick...kinda likke a natural viagra if your into some summertime sexxing

.

-

gots to agree withyou when it comes to strawberries...unless they from the farmers market they do look aight but dont taste aight...just bland.....gots to use lots and lots of sugar on them ...sprinkle tons of sugar on them which is not soo cool because I prefer that natural sweetness of strwaberries...

.

kinda sad that they expensive and still bland....and the farmer ones are expensive too.

OMG persimmon is my favorite!!

They are native to the US and China.

The astringent varieties tend to be sweeter when ripe... the trees are endangered in the US and hard to come by. They attract deer like crazy so most people will not grow trees (you need about six American natives to yeild the fruit) so many folks are turning to the Chinese varieties.

I consider them a "fall" fruit since they go into season in late fall/early winter in where I live. (Northeast USA)

They are tasteless :(

The best I had were growing wild in Sweden. They need long days that are relatively cool/mild. You can't guarantee that here.

Same with strawberries. Maybe they ripen too fast? They look great, big and red but are woody and have little sweetness.

er

Mango. Even the name sounds tropical! And I know it's not a fruit, but chewing on a piece of sugarcane is also pretty sweet when you're in a country that grows 'em.
