It's when you help a girl move/drive her to the airport/pick up her kids from childcare but she won't put out because she isn't sexually attracted to you and has probably cried on your shoulder because of other guys who treat her bad and you're such a good friend what would she do without you! but you still hang around in hope of getting into her pants all the while whining about how good guys finish last and some other dude (who she DOES find sexually attractive) is getting all the action whilst not making any effort. Friendzoned!!!
