I'm a 40 something grandmother who is very protective of her gay family here. Plus, I am all about grown people doing what they want to do without judgment from others.

Pointing out what contradiction? There was not any. Like I said, we've discuss promiscuity amongst straight people on many occasions. I'm cool with whatever people want to do as long as they are consenting adults and play safe.

The issue here which strikes me is that TFF was judgementing/commenting on "gay promiscuity"...specifically stating that Guns's (rather unshocking) story was somehow indicative of why the Right has issues with gays.

It wasn't posted as a commentary about promiscuity in general until the homophobia card was dealt and then - boom - a bit of backpedalling.

But whatever. It is what it is.

Guns is young, hung & having fun. The "promiscuity" he's being accused of PALES in comparison with the amount of banging being done by MANY heteros his age. Hell, there's some middle school kids nowadays who do things more "shocking" than what Guns posted here.
