Since I'm not going to the County Fair this year, I won't be able to try... ... Krispy Kreme Sloppy Joes. I think I just got a little sick.
Deep Fried KoolAid Honestly I don't get it.
Now the the Pulled Pork macaroni and cheese sandwich just made me hungry.
But again I'm not going to the fair the year so I'm not getting it.

^^ You just don't know what you're missing. Of course my staple favorite is roasted corn on the cob. I'm so daring. . . . . . Okay though not fair food, it's just as weird and I'm giving it the side eye.
The plain old fashion regular one are my limit, not the double stuff definitely not the fudge covered ones, and now this. Weird world.

Is that fried indian bread? I don't think I've ever had it though my kids are crazy about it, kind of weird. Then again I'm not a bread kind of person. I love the smell of cinna bun in the mall, but I am completely underwelmed with eating one. . . Oh and it didn't even occur to me that the whole oreo thing was going to turn out to be the issue it has, I just saw it on the news this morning with the news people cracking jokes and thought it was funny.

Ex-Moderator | I love our State Fair and the foods (and people watching) are the best reasons to go but the older I get the more I realize I can get the best fair food outside of the fair anyway. |

Went last week and got some damned good barbequed pork ribs and a frozen Margarita... But I can live without the deep-fried twinkies, snicker bars, etc.

The one thing I always want at the fair is a corndog. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.
