Mars was Earth 1.0... we effed it up then and we still haven't learned a got damn thing cuz 2.0 is going to the shite's too... Maybe we'll get it right with 3.0, you know, third time's a charm... I'm lookin' at you Venus!!

Oh come on. You, of all people, know what happened on Mars wasn't dust mites.

It was sun spot explosions. Killed EVERYTHING, even the dust mites. Just like what's going to happen here.
