Living in here makes beach jogging easy n fun - it's winter now but still ok for a jog I only manage 5k's mostly because I am always talking or singing and I run out of breath. mailto:www.iDon'tThinkSo.com.Uranus |

Great! But I'm sure you know to take it real easy in the beginning. Don't get sore, 'cause that's generally what kills most attempts to restart an exercise program. |

I've been at it for a couple of months, only reason in the last 2 weeks I haven't done more than once or twice a week is because I'm doing a different workout (insanity) every day and I run out of time. Fridays is usually my favorite because the insanity is a cardio recovery day so I do that then about 20 mins weights and walk 45 mins with the kids. I'm the mistake you wanna make |

SLEEP!
I came back to the office from a site survey & a great lunch...now I'm struggling to keep my eyes open at my desk.

Cool! How do you like the Insanity workout? I have to do a modified version without impact (jumping) doctors and physios orders but I love it even though its not as intense this way. I'm the mistake you wanna make |
