Do you get mad when your cat or dog throws up?

You shouldn't. Ask them if they're okay then gently pet them.

I hope not.

Would be the same as getting mad at a baby for not going to the toilet.

If my cat throws up, I know I have to give him stuf agains hairballs.

99% of my posts are ironic. Maybe this post sides with the other 1%.

do I get pissed?

HELL YES! mad

The dog rarely pukes, the cat on the other hand pukes about every other day.. usually its because she got into the dog food, even tho her bowl is full... I cant even have a plant in the house because she goes into fits trying to eat the leaves so she can what.. oh yes, thatd be PUKE!

Why do I get pissed you ask.. because its usually late at night, and its usually in 5or 6 DiFFERENT spots..

THEN, When she gets bored of waiting for all her poop to come out while in the litter box, she decides to walk around dropping turds THEN when she licks her asshole she pukes.. WTF is THAT! your a cat for christs sake!! If you asshole tastes that bad STOP LICKING IT!!

Im just waiting for her to die...

My cat won't let me clean her butt, she has to do that by herself. I don't think it tastes bad to them just your cat can not digest it's own shit.

My cat has a very furry butt and I have to let her lie down right beside me while she licks thin, wet poo off her butt. She only gets the runs once a month.

I don't like my cat to take a shower next to me.

Go lick somewhere else.

Licking around me is only allowed for the human males.

I don't get mad at them, exactly, but I don't know why they seek out my shoe to be their toilet or come inside to puke the grass on the carpet. They seem to have a real aversion to doing it on a paper towel that I put right under their heaving bodies

My cat is decent.

He will do it near his eating area.

And when he couldn't help it, and it did end up on carpet, he'll miauw loud, to tell me about it.

I have a very decent and considerate cat.

I do get mad because I've personified my toy poodle too much. Logically I know that he doesn't understand me, but initially when he does things that I dont like, I feel like he should know better. If he throws up, it's because he was stupid and ate something he shouldn't have. Yes, I know he's a dog and animals eat lots of things they shouldn't.

I was impressed the other day though. He and I were on the couch, and he jumped down real fast and ran in the kitchen to throw up on a rug. We have natural wood floors, and the kitchen rug was the closest rug. So whatever made him think about throwing up on the rug instead of the wood floor, I was grateful for. The rug cleans up easily, the wood floor, not so much.

Sooooooooo... my dog threw up this morning!! omfg

Got him a softer food cuz hes old and I thought it would be easier for him to chew.. he ate it too fast cuz the cat sat next to him watching him like a hawk cuz you KNOW that bitch was waiting to get all up in that bowl!!

Anyway, he puked, then tried REATING IT!!!! disbelief

Sick is one thing... I never get mad at sick... And when I say I get mad I dont freak out, I dont beat asses, I just cuss to myself and shoot looks of death at the them until I feel I have been vindicated.. hmph!

Which IDK why I even bother cuz they are over there licking asses not even paying attention to me!

I awoke to both dogs having had DIAREHHA (sp?) one nite... sprays of shit EVERYWHERE and you could tell they had drug their buttholes ALL OVER the damn carpet cuz there was ass trails...

I spent that whole day shampooing and disinfecting carpets OVER AND OVER until my OCD felt it was clean.. bawl

For several years when he was eating store-bought food, my cat would spit up often. When I switched to a food that I purchased from the vet, he stopped spitting up.
