A Serious Question About Blanket

Is there something "wrong" with him? He must be about 10 years old now and I swear he always looks depressed. I've never seen one photo of him where he looks remotely happy. He has a rather serious/intense demeanor. What is up with that kid? Am I the only one that has noticed this??

I've noticed that he looks unhappy, but I wouldn't read too much into it. People used to say that I looked sad all of the time, and I was perfectly NOT unhappy.

I wouldn't doubt if he doesn't have a major shyness problem... I had one as a little kid. Imagine having that and going through the intensive stress these kids have to go through... His instincts were right on when he rejected Oprah...

I like this kid, but I also always find myself thinking that Blanket is different from other children.
he is almost 11 years old, but he continues to be on home schooling, he probably has a problem with communication.

I think he just doesn't like the attention that's why he looks so uncomfortable in the public events (you know Mike was also painfully shy in the public), but from the private videos that leaked, you can tell he can be very playful and happy. I wouldn't make any other conclusions cause poeple were saing that all of them are going to have problems with communication etc. because they led such a private life with their father and they were also homeschooled and Prince and Paris turned out fine.

He's just so young, he may be shy and not like all of the attention so that's why he may seem "unhappy" in pics or videos. Or he could just be a really deeply spiritual kid. Who knows? That kid just might grow up to be the next Einstein. Just let him be who he is. Just because someone is not grinning from ear to ear all the time does not automatically mean they are unhappy. I don't really trust people who are smiling all the time anyway. Either they are devils or are wearing a mask to cover-up what they are really feeling. I see it everyday.

I thought "Blanket" was a nick-name...

anyways... maybe he hates taking pictures and finds all the attention from the parparazzi irritating. He's a boy after all, boys hate taking pictures for the most part.

I sympathize with the guy---I would be depressed if I didn't know who my real father was and that I was bought.

Damn, you guys are raw. I'm just scared we're gonna hear about him in the next 5-10 years flipping out and going ballistic or something. Do his siblings like him? lol!

i think thats just how he looks.

if anything you will make him crazy saying he looks this way or that way every five seconds.

when i was a kid i thought people were disgusting. guess what, SURPRISE! they ARE!!!

i bet he will hate the whole world of people who are obsessed with him.

Prince Michael II (aka "Blanket") strikes me as a painfully shy and mature boy well beyond his years. Probably gets the seriousness from his dad, who was also very mature when he was a youngster.

Michael Jackson was/is his father, and he probably misses his daddy deeply, even after all this time.

And to anyone who says otherwise about Michael biologic relation to his own son, y'all know what you can do.

I'd be depressed and look unhappy too, if I were a 10 year old boy that was called "Blanket". Does ANYONE call this poor kid by his true name, or is he always "Blanket" to everybody? It's cruel to keep calling him that, imo. He's getting close to puberty...his social life is going to suck if he has to try to act cool and approach girls and say "Hi there, what's your name? My name is Blanket."
