We write our self appraisals and our bosses evaluate us.

Same here. Plus we reciprocally appraise our bosses and send those appraisals to their bosses.

They just stopped that practice. They just review us instead. Oh, my review was perfect. (They never give perfect ones -"Because there is always room to grow.") But, I somehow got a perfect one? 99.9% of everything I say is strictly for my own entertainment | |
