Yep...same here. Guys talk to me and shit, but I just don't know who likes me or not even if they show clear signs. The last guy who asked me out was 11 years older than me and I would've gone out with him if he had a car and job...he was hot though, his body was muscular and tight. When he hugged me all I could think about was being thrown down in a bed, naked and...well you know the rest smile

Sometimes I think it will be easier to be a lesbian, but I just don't get turned on by women, unless they look like boys. Then, when I see the femininity of their boyishness, I immediately lose my attraction. I can't help it. I see guy-on-guy porn and immediately I get turned on, but when a girl comes in, I am no longer excited. It just happens to me.

i wasnt as crazy about kimono as i thought i would be. lifestyle skyn is pretty nice tho.

what are the side effects of the pill?

The side effects are different for everyone lol . I've been on 5 different kinds at this point and I reacted differently with each one. The main thing I haven't liked is the changes in mood it can cause. There have been times where I really did not feel like myself. I was on one for a few months and it had me crying every single day over the stupidest things or even over nothing at all lol I put on 15 pounds after starting one and I haven't been able to lose it since, even with me working out 5 days a week and counting calories. All of the ones I've tried have made me have migraines at first, as well. I also feel like some made my anxiety worse.

I'd rather not be on any pill, but I feel ok on the one I'm on now and have been on it for 7 months now. Some of the good things it has done for me is that it improved my skin, it shortened my period from 7+ days down to 4, I don't have cramps that leave me bed ridden for days anymore, and I don't have any dang kids! lol I also have a problem with ovarian cysts and the pill is supposed to help with that. My body must be weird though because I grew a bunch of them anyway neutral

thats a trip. my HS gf was on the pill the whole time i knew her so i thought it was a painless process. it wasnt until recently that i'd heard how much of a bitch it could be

I can’t do the pill ‘cause it makes me crazy. I’ve tried various pills at various times in my life and I’ve never found one that works for me so I’m just done with that.

I considered an IUD a while ago, but my doctor kinda scared me out of it, saying she ends up removing most of the copper ones she puts in due to extra cramping and bleeding many women get and she recommended the mirena IUD but that’s a hormonal one and I just don’t want to do that considering my experience w/the pill.

So nowadays my bf and I use condoms most of the time, but I also track my cycle & ovulations and have a good idea when it’s OK not to use them. I’d never have considered that when I was younger (or when we first started dating) but since we’ve been together nearly 3 years and it’s really difficult for someone my age to get pregnant anyway we’re OK with that. Not to mention, the withdrawal method is rather effective when used correctly, and as an older couple with experience, trust and self-control it works just fine. I’d never recommend it for younger folks (especially teenagers!) though.

Condoms can be kind of a drag, sure, but after we get married and decide whether or not to have a kid (chances are slim) he can get the snip and we won’t have to worry about it again.

Yes, My husband. Not me. lol

A couple of years ago. I had been taking the pill for a long time... we don't want any more kids... and condoms are icky.

Obviously, we have been together a long time and we had to talk about it a lot before he went ahead.

I guess your choice of birth control depends on how long you have been together, how commited you are, etc..

how many kids were the limit? was it a hard sell for him or was it his idea?

2 kids. And it was totally his idea in the first place. I obviously agreed with him, so for a couple of years it was in the back of his mind that it was going to happen. I made a concious effort to not even mention the vasectomy because I never wanted to make him feel pushed into it, or forced in any way. Whenever he mentioned it, I gave my support and nothing more.

As I said, we both thought long and hard about it.... our kids were still young, me and my husband are both mid-30's, so not exactly older parents. But what it came down to is that we were both 100% sure, no doubt whatsoever, that we did not want any more children. Ever.

I knew a gal that was convinced that if she swallowed every now and then she would be immune as her body would develop anti-bodies that would kill the sperm... sadly she never let me give her a treatment! *we sorta dated but never hooked up at all* Whoever the guy that told her that was both a genius and a bastard.

yes, that's true. also you can't get pregnant if you let your boyfriend fuck you up the arse, and that stops you getting fat

I had net my total out of pocket medical for that year so I could have gotten one at no or very little cost.

If I sleep with someone (and know that person well enough) we simply use the pill, which is, if you find the right one, still the most practical and easiest way of birth control, in my opinion.

I don't like using condoms as birth control. They're necessary if you fuck strangers, of course, but for birth control reasons I won't use them.

And for the people who mentioned ladies over 40:

My father's partner just got pregnant. She's in her late 40s.
