3 years ago I had surgery

and then I had weeks and weeks of pain. Went to the ER several times, found a pretty good doc who sent me to a specialist. Specialist said I had a angry ovary. So for the past 3 years I have been having this pain constantly, some days it's worse than others and I will take pain pill or two for a while, I take motrin every day.

Fast forward to last month when I mention casually to my Gyn doc about this pain and how my ovary is angry because she is alone. Doc says "ummm there is nothing going on with that ovary, are you in pain right now?" I say yes and she says "uhoh" yeah exact words. Long story short I have a hernia, have had it for 3 years when it popped out after the surgery.

so on 15 February I have surgery scheduled AGAIN. I have been walking around for 3 YEARS with this thing that no one was able to figure out. neutral

I'm sad to hear you've been in so much pain and have to undergo another surgery.

Thank God this new (better) doctor figured out what is wrong.

hug Having an undiagnosed hernia, and having to deal with the pain for three long years, is not fun. Good luck with your surgery; hope it all goes well for you.

RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

To have such a poor diagnosis from a registered doctor is just unacceptable. Im so glad you got a correct diagnosis and surgery will fix it..thats fantastic.....Get Well Soon.
