Question for Detroit-ers!

Does anyone know the guy that looks like Prince in Detroit. Supposedly he goes around town charging for pictures and for songs?

Plz don't let it be that guy? I must say, that Prince guy, is a brave brother to be standing outside in the D doing that show. Other than a laugh, who would want anything from that guy. disbelief ohgoon
