look, i dont want to rain on the parade, but i cant find any news source for this... i think this might be an untrue rumor

there are no news stories on google news, and a regular google search turns this thread up pretty near the top. there are only a few higher than this thread, and they are just gossip blogs, including the one that probably started this rumor.

had he been arrested, this would have been all over the news.

Suggestions that Frank Ocean was arrested for engaging in 'suspicious behaviour' in a car with a male companion have been quashed by a police report which reveals the real reason behind the star's apparent arrest.

US website MediaTakeOut reported on 1 January 2012 that Ocean was pulled over for what a source described as 'suspicious behaviour' and implied the Channel Orange star had been engaged in sexual acts with a male companion.

The official police report however, reveals Ocean and his friend were pulled over for more routine reasons - includiong speeding, driving on a suspended license and what US radio station V-103 describe as 'tinted window violation'.

An official police statement, also published on the V-103 website, reads:

"On 12/31/2012 at approximately 1630 hours, Officer E. Moore, #20190, was in full CHP winter uniform, and driving a black and white departmental sedan (Class E). Officer Moore was stopped facing northbound in the center median of US-395, north of Tom’s Place monitoring traffic. Officer Moore observed a black BMW driving southbound on US-395 exceeding the 65 MPH maximum speed limit.

"Officer Moore accelerated his patrol vehicle in order to follow the BMW, and then observed a marked patrol unit from the Mono County Sheriff’s Department making an enforcement stop on the BMW. After the Mono County Sheriff’s Department unit stopped the BMW, Officer Moore stopped to provide any necessary assistance."

Oh hell naw. Never move to the back seat if you're in a car. You have to be in the front seat so that you can quickly start the car up and leave if someone is coming. Also, even if you're simply sitting in the back seat and not actually caught doing anything, you could never explain a believable excuse to the police as to why you're both in the back seat with no one in the front seat. And one more very important detail, never leave the keys in the ignition while you're doing the do. If it turns out to be rough trade, they'll reach over and grab the keys out of the ignition. A good whore knows all these things.
