Your situation looks exactly like the family who went camping in the Rocky Mountains and posted a picture of themselves on Flickr or Photobucket, yet some Latvian grocery store chain downloaded the picture and used it in an ad for their store. I know there's copyright issues involved, but they seem to be dicey across continental lines.

I don't want a photo of my living room to be used to sell some crazy product .
And it also goes the other way round when somebody takes a picture of you. A while ago I found an old photo of my boyfriend with his baby-daughter in his arms on shutterstock.com uploaded by a photographer who had taken it and put it there without my boyfriend knowing about it .
