Not a pretty picture.

So who's been following around Britney making snide remarks to her about silly things that come put of her mouth? Creepy.

Nah. People can love drama and it makes it easier for them if they care nothing about the person the drama is about.

People who love drama are pretty sad, imo.

I never really put much thought into the whole celebrity obsession phenomenon until the Britney Spears break down happened. I was shocked at how people delighted in her meltdown. I think the image of her sitting on the side of the road at night just crying while camera's flashed and people on TMZ laughed and reading that there was an actual website counting down to her death really opened my eyes as to how incredibly fucked up north american culture is....and then the same culture wants to show support when it comes to anti-bullying?

Beyond fucked up.

Some people think those who defend and speak out for conceited and voluntarily asinine celebrities like Chris Brown are "incredibly fucked up" too. His criminal actions may not warrant death threats, but he certainly doesn't deserve all of this wanna-be politically correct empathy either. So both sides can be deemed "pretty sad" extremes, especially since neither will have any effect on causing nor preventing his own self-inflicted demise.

Not forgiving an individual is a choice. However, Chris Brown did NOT physically assaulted all of those victims. Chris is/was only guilty of beating Rihanna once.

I don't care. I was giving a theory as to why people haven't forgiven him.

I think people also have to take into consideration a lot of people were not fans in the first place and don't give a fuck about Chris Brown and are happy to see him fall.

......except for the fact that Chris still has a career in the music industry. neutral Yes, the beatdown he put on Rihanna should have been THE end of his career. But somehow, Chris rebounded and he still has a fanbase.

Good freaking grief, Paris Jackson (Michael's daughter) is still cheering for Chris to succeed. disbelief lol

No one is defending what he did and he paid the price for it, if people think that others are "incredibly fucked up" for thinking a person should then be able to live their life without being constantly punished, harassed and taunted just to try and elicit a negative reaction or to further their own career...then so be it. I'm not surprised that many would feel this type of thing is totally acceptable when it comes to this culture.

Chris Brown may be a jerk but really those taunting him are definitely on the same level...and certainly no better.

He will never ever live this incident down and the world will never forget as long as he continues to act like a dick.He makes it so easy for people because his buttons are easily pushed. The lady was wrong yes but the misogynistic replies to her were not necessary.

He has anger issues and he doesn't seem to be working on them as he should. The chair incident at ABC was proof to me that he had a loooong way to go in getting the help he needs. He will forever be asked questions about Rihanna. He brought that on himself and he needs to learn to deal with that.

Many may like to tear celebrities when they are down, as fucked up as it is, but many also like a good comeback story. Albeit domestic abuse is a whole 'nother ball game BUT I think people would be more forgiving if he didn't act so immaturely.

He and Rihanna are young and dumb and unfortunately for them all of their mistakes get played out for public entertaintment and it really doesn't help matters, only fans the flames. Does Chris Brown have a publicist? He needs to get one or fire the one he's got.

I understand this woman has been taunting him for a year and he finally blew up. Yes she has issues. That like someone driving down your street and throwing rocks at your house cause they don't like you, and expecting you just to sit, grin and bare it. Sick, creepy behavior.

I've had a Twitter account for years and never use it. I don't "get" it. I hate knowing what celebrities are thinking. I don't care. The more I know about a celebrity, the less I like them.

I agree with you. I've never opened an account because I'm not a techie junkie and could care less what most celebrities are thinking. When I first heard about Twitter, I didn't understand why it would catch on. Seems to me to be quite childish...

A lot of businesses are actually using it as a micro-marketing platform to do PR and in that respect it has redeeming value if used properly. Churches (like my own) even use them to make event announcements ( brunches, concerts, special worship nights, CD release/release parties, ect.) to a large, but transient congregation that travels a lot due to the international nature of the church and our location in a major travel hub for central/N. Europe. I've also found it to be rather stellar for job headhunters in the freelance arena. I have an account that's work related and I should be utilizing it, but at the end of the day I'm just too lazy to get into it and am fine without investing the time in it. There are some Twitter accounts I enjoy (from businesses, non-profits, charity organizations, ect), but I will admit I don't get the appeal of personal accounts or why anyone would want to have one. Seems they're often used poorly, just as we see from this topic example- and tempts many a person to make fools of themselves on a consistent basis.

I don't know why Chris even responded to this chick via Twitter. Seriously, he should have just told her to meet him at a certain location and she could talk out the side of her neck to him in person. It's easy to talk smack from behind a laptop or cell phone. She would not have said this to his face and that's why she's more the joke than he is. Not a Chris Brown fan but I think the only person who should be mad at him is Rihanna. Apparently, she's good with him from the picture I saw of him laying on her bed with his shirt off. Obviously, if she's taken back her abuser than any other women (or men) who are still pissed at him need to mind their own business. He didn't hit this chick; he hit Rihanna; and she's forgiven him and they are 'friends' again so let it go. I swear some people trying to save others from their bad decisions are soo stupid to me. Let RiRi fall on her face again and don't give her any sympathy or pick her up next time...she'll figure it out at some point.
