This is my 10th Thanksgiving in a row by myself. Just have some beer, play some Yahoo! Pinochle and catch up on some shows. | |

It was at my house again this year, 8 adults 8 kids aged 4 - 13. Menu: Turkey with stuffing Mashed potatoes Scalloped potatoes Butternut squash Creamed spinach Green beans almondine Corn salad (red onions, cherry tomatoes, red wine vinegar, evo) Salad Dutch apple pie Pumpkin pie Whipped cream - all homemade, great! Ice cream Lots of various drinks, including fresh pressed apple cider - bought Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! | |

This is what it's all about...
...a juicy turkey (mom was none-too-pleased we left it in the roasting pan ) & a rowdy kids table....
...a well-stocked dessert table
...and the love of Fam.

Stayed up until 3:30am the night before listening to sad music and working out/dancing. Got up about 8am had breakfast (2 eggs, engish muffin & coffee - decided to splurge ). I spent the day alone. Listened to a lot of sad music, danced, sang, worked out. I had rice&beans for dinner. I went back to bed at 5pm. Such is life. I'm not complaining, it could have been worse. PaisleyRose was here | |
