My prediction is that he'll set a new record, get out alive, but won't break the sound barrier.

He got yours!

But in all seriousness, this will be the first time in history a person has ever broken the speed of sound in free flight.

If that's not attention-worthy, I don't know what is.

It's pointless if u ask me.

It looks like they're going to do it very shortly! Broadcast to start at 11:25 AM EDT; 15:25 GMT. In other words, 7 minutes from the time of this post!

He's cleared the "danger zone" and is about 2 miles up, so I think it's a total go now!

BTW, it was exactly 65 years ago today that Chuck Yeager became the first man to break the sound barrier, doing it in the X-1.

Cool!

For the first time in 80 years, the whole world focuses on one Austrian's crazy attempt.

He made it! It looked like he didn't want to jump but he did, and fell faster than 700 mph in freefall.

Wow!

How crazy was that? whew Just read a New York Times* piece, about how the dude was suffering from panic attacks and they had to put him through intense CBT (including square breathing drills), just so he wouldn't freak out in the suit.

*Of course, the Times is owned by Jews, so I am aware that everything their reporters publish is vetted by their Zionist overlords. Not a coincidence, I would say, that this article is subliminally pro-Israel and, therefore, advocates for a Jewish world overthrow. You have to read between the lines. nod

All I can say is that crazy Austrian must be encumbered by two massive bollocks that would've helped in reaching the speed he did. I bet he'll be getting a blowie tonight.

I read somewhere that this was really just a giant spying opportunity for someone or the other. Can't remember who was spying on who, but you can bet someone was spying!
