Lark's Mom Says She's Bipolar http://tv.yahoo.com/news/%E2%80%98saved-by-the-bell%E2%80%99-star-lark-voorhies-has-bipolar-disorder--according-to-her-mother.html
Guess her mom is trying to make up for and explain why she looks so drastically different, by saying she has mental health problems

I haven't been able to stop thinking about this since I saw it on Yahoo yesterday.... .... what a nice girl.. she seems genuinely sweet and kind and I feel so bad for her. I actually watched the interview she gave and the interview was fine, wheras on Yahoo they said she was talking to unseen forces and all this other stuff. I didn't see any of that. I'm more upset of what she's' done to herself with the plastic surgery. She was such an adorable girl.

Oh. My. GAWD. - I just went on Amazon and put in Lark Voorhies name to see what books she's written, as she said she was writing books (I love to read new authors or people who have self published) and ..... what I read is very upsetting. Go to Amazon and put in her name and read some of the pages ....... Oh lord..... Her mother needs to get her some help for certain....

I actually looked up the books and...
I, totally, agree, with, what, you, are, saying.
Just a whole bunch of non-sensical craziness going on.

lmao. Oh my God! I love the review she got from that person who said, "as a fan of saved by the bell and commas,......." haha.....

I thought she was so pretty too, all the girls were (and the guys were cute....screech was special), I hope she's okay, being bipolar and unmedicated is HELL.

She seems really sweet. And I think Yahoo is talking about a whole lot of nothing, the interview she did was totally fine and they made a big deal, saying she took long pauses to pray (I didn't see any of that) and that she was angry at times? I surely didn't see it.

I didn't watch it, but it sounds like agitation or feeling irritable, which can be part of it or med side effects, or erratic moods.

I hope she gets it worked out because she seems genuinely a nice person and I love that she's so spiritual.
* Now I feel bad for making fun of her book

That's the title of one of her books.

Lawd. My poor ex-baby. I knew our breakup was hard for her, but damn. I'm sick and tired of the Prince fans being sick and tired of the Prince fans that are sick and tired!

Including those random commas? " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"

Yes. | |

Her face looks really bloated. Look at how tiny her eyes look, and how round her jaw and cheeks are.

I've read that she might also have lupus, hence the bloated look. "Love is like peeing in your pants, everyone sees it but only you feel its warmth"

I read the same thing. | |

I surely didn't see it. I have a friend with bipolar, and most of the time you wouldn't know it! You'd just think she's a little hyperactive as she talks a lot. You can have a mild form also where you don't hallucinate or do completely crazy things. My friend just has ups and downs, over activity and little sleep to not wanting to get out of bed!

^ I'm also bipolar, and after months, I didn't want to get out of bed the other day and was late to work. For those few minutes, I didn't care if anything bad happened but snapped out of it on time. And I was hyper today but suddenly snapped and nearly went crazy before getting down again. I didn't realize how I was being and though I wasn't causing problems, my family gets irritable and started getting upset instead of dealing with it, which nearly sent me into crisis. As I have mentioned here before, my ex is bi-polar and she is okay as long as she take her meds. If she doesn't, she seems to have more down days than up one's. Even though we are not together anymore, I give her allot of credit for having to put up with all the B.S. from people who don't understand. I screwed up my sleep and didn't take my meds on time and had to readjust to make up for it, and have felt a little fucked over this weekend

She's done that as well, with the same results. Surprisingly, the one thing that has helped is, vitamin D-3, 5000 IU She takes on softgel a day and it has worked wonders. It keeps her energy up and even and elevates her mood. "Love is like peeing in your pants, everyone sees it but only you feel its warmth"

my mom keeps telling me to take vitamin d and I keep forgetting....I do keep iron and can't be consistent with it though I've been told to take it to reduce my body pain

The vitamin D-3 5000, works. I know this because, I suffer from the "Winter Blues" and my ex told me about how much it helps her with her Bi-polar depression and that I should try it. I did and I noticed results, in two weeks. I take one a day with breakfast. Check it out. "Love is like peeing in your pants, everyone sees it but only you feel its warmth"
