You need to see a doctor, and then a therapist/psychatrist, and get on some meds; also, your family needs to deal with it better than they've been dealing with it before.

For my part, I've recently been feeling that way too, and I need to talk to the same above-mentioned professionals; the way I've been for a while has just lead me to diabetes, too much 'Net surfing, and an unkempt apartment.

I would advocate having mercy on the family members. It's hard for them too.
