Some people call it "oral sex"... some call it "head", "hummer", "blow-job", etc... But some don't consider it sex. They consider it a prelude to sex... it's a valid question.

yes I consider it sex, it involves atleast one sex organ so to speak...so yes a hummer is considered sex for me.

I saw that on Oprah a while ago, and they had a bunch of
teens in there who said that it was totally normal at
their school and that there were loads of girls who would
just give you head on the first date.

A lot of these kids considered oral sex less intimate
than kissing.

I don't know why though. Maybe because what you're thinking of while you're making out is sex. Most of the time these actions lead to sex, or suppose to lead to sex.
