I feel bad because last Nov/Dec when I decided to shut down my org FB account and delete my org acount, he thought that perhaps for some reason we'd had a falling out, and when I told him I wasn't talking to ANYONE for a time he was very glad it wasn't something he did. I know he didn't have so much time for me either because he had met someone very special. Of course now I wish I'd kept in contact much more consistently. coulda woulda shoulda.

Chris was there for me when I had my ups and downs, and we kept each other informed about our various health issues, me not realising how serious his were, but I have to say that every time he brought up something he was worried about I asked him GO SEE A DOCTOR.

Ugh, this just goes to show, if there is someone you are thinking about, that you feel bad for not calling, CONTACT THEM, let them know you care I know that I am so guilty of avoiding people for YEARS and it will be a real effort for me to do this rather than retreat even further into myself.

I will miss you Chris. We may not have agreed on much or had much in common, but we still remained firm friends because we had patience and tolerance for each others quirks, like for YEARS. I don't remember how we got talking but we chatted from probably 2006 onwards, and for a time daily.

In 2007 he missed a train and we never got to meet, but in 2010 we managed to get together finally.

I hope he won't mind me posting this, it means a lot to me - a very happy moment. Chris is on the right.

Yes he had met a beautiful Lady and he adored her. She was in Holland last june.

We checked upon eachother every day for the last years abt our health but also just to chit chat (he slept on strange times because he always wanted to skype with his Lady)

I knew his health wasn't good and asked him hundred of times to go see a doctor but he was afraid especially for needles

Last friday he told me that he was afraid this was gonna happen and that he was scared

Will miss him very much

I am deeply saddened to hear this.. I enjoyed reading his posts.. His way of thinking was so diff from mine and I found it so interesting... may he Rest in Peace ...

I only knew him from his regularly appearing Hendix avatar and posts, but this is sad to hear and eye opening of how complex people's real lives are, and humanly mortal.

I liked reading his posts. He was never afraid to speak his mind even if his opinions were radical and in the small minority. He will be missed.
