Who'da thunk it: Walgreens wins prize for best ice cream sandwich! Consumers Report, which has huge props in telling the truth did taste tests of ice cream bars, sandwiches and Walgreens brand ice cream sandwiches are the only ones that have real chocolate cake taste and good vanilla ice cream. They are some tasty critters, you should check them out, plus, they are cheap.
Good to see a corporation who at least believe in quality on the ice cream front.

I actually went to a Duanne Reade yesterday (they were bought out by Walgreen's) and looked for them.
