Like a moth to the flame, I'll be checking it out, I suppose.

I'm finding it tougher to enjoy a show that has ever-more-shrunken hope with each episode. Something about Andrew Lincoln's protagonist is so compelling, though. I find myself needing to check in on him each week, hoping he'll be OK.

I must say, too, I am a bit stoked to see Michonne in action.

Really? See I used to be in love with Shane, but then I ended up having mixed feelings about him in the end. Fell in love with Glenn too for some reason. Rick used to irritate the hell out of me but the very last episode in Season 2 changed my mind. Andrew Lincoln does an excellent job though. I'm also wondering how in the hell T-dog has lasted so long.

This is why I gave up on the comic, and why I will ultimately give up on the TV series--although it has the potential to deviate from the comic in a way that negates what I just said. In fact, I hope it does, because I really am enjoying the TV show.

I don't think this is a spoiler, since this information is readily available in multiple places: The creator of The Walking Dead comic, Robert Kirkman, has said that he sees no end in sight for the comic. More to the point, he has said that it will go on forever, as long as he lives. And because of that, I had to give up on the comic. There is no hope, there is no resolution. I just can't stick with it. If there were a vague idea of hope, I could see investing in it. But without that...no.

That's how I feel about this show and "Boardwalk Empire" But I'm gonna have to DVR Boardwalk or vice versa tonight because they both come on at the same time.

The first set explains how the woman Rick met in the first episode got to be 1/2 a walker. The new set is random, but still has a connection to the show. They're quick, but cool.

Hmm, can't say I was expecting too much to happen, I mean after all, it is just the first episode of 16 for the season, so they have enough room to cover things. I think it was a good start, somehow, I knew Hershel was going to end up hurt or dead in some way.

The sexual tension/flirtation between Carol and Darryl....I don't get it. They had time and opportunity, they should had just "fucked and got it over with".

Lori should had just taken the morning after pills last season. Now she thinks she has a zombie baby in her womb? That's part Shane? Wow what a combination, lol!

Looks like Michionne is going to be the fuckin' truth.

It was fecking good. Watched the marathon and the Season 3 show

I really liked this season 3 debut episode . A lot more action it it too. I like how they look more together [battle tested] & everything [the son using a gun is a really nice touch too ]. Hopefully, more action this season & less dragging things along...like what happened last season.

I have the first 2 seasons on dvd.....lent it to my supervisor.. an d few at work little did i know many at work love the show... one thing we did agree on was if ur ever gonna survive a zombie apocolypse make sure to pack plenty of PB&J

Hershel isnt dead yet.. remember when Carl passed out when Herschel was removing the bullets from his chest to save him? Herschel's body prolly passed out from the pain as Rick was cutting off his leg...Yes those ARE human prisoners at the end.. no zombie in the series has spoken as of yet...especially saying "Holy Shit!" like the old man prisoners does .. but we shall see for sure IF he is going to die in the next episode aka next week

i HATED Shane glad he got killed off last season really...Glenn needs to be more stand up and that is what i see this season with the fighting zombies he does...Carl has grown up in a sence he wants to protect his family and freinds and given a weapon to help.Rick seems cold hearted this season in that episode like a cold feel... Lori wants to talk about things that is making the marriage fall apart and the baby but Rick is being cold about it all and not willing to talk...i can understand wanting a safe enviroment for the baby to be born in but good greif TALK Rick TALK to ur dam wife geesh type of thing....Im wondering why and HOW T-Dog has lasted this long myself...im kind of figuring out WHERE his place is in this as well... maybe its to help all along with making the enviroment safe for the others.. WHO KNOWS.. only we can watch the show and see what the producers have in mind....I didnt really like Daryl at first then he showed a soft side trying to find Sophia and showed he had a heart when he got with the group...as for his brother Merle ... idk what is gonna happen when Daryl finds him again.. and from what the previews was he comes back.... last time he(Daryl) had a dream about him down by a river and was passed out ...then he woke up to a walker trying to eat his foot...well see how and when if Merle is brought back and how the producers are gonna play that out.. as for Michonne OMFG cant wait to see her more in this and the life she brings to the show...my question is WHY is sh e lugging around 2 zombies with arms and lower jaw cut off...either when scratched they can infect u and u can turn into a walker....unless that is what the character does... even to sleep she would have to chain them up far away for her to get shut eye and they arent trying to attack her or others when she is lugging them around... like she trained them orthey are trained u know.. whats up with that?Anyone know? please let me in on that..thanks
