Nice setup. But it isn't IMAX. And he never says it is.

IMAX stands for maximum image. Some how, I'll bet this guy is getting maximum image from his setup.

he'd get an even maxier image if he went to an IMAX theater VOTE....EARLY

So my cell phone is also an IMAX then as I am getting 'maximum image' on the screen. Who knew we all had IMAX cell phones?
Still can't admit it, can you? SMH

Yep still like going and getting the vibe from other folks. It's been a long time since I've been in a theatre and found the other people annoying. Minus the crying babies which don't seem to happen that much, but they are annoying when they do, there doesn't seem to be a lot of loud talking. Yeah you hear whispering but that's not annoying. Maybe I'm noisy. But I find random comments and burst of reactions fun.

It staggers me that this happens at all!! Who takes a baby to the cinema? What possible benefit is there? The kid isn't going to remember. That really is crazy...
I know our local cinema does mother and baby specific showings during the day in the week, and that's cool. But standard showings? I'd be MEGA p*ssed if I was sat next to a crying baby in a cinema.
I love the reactions of the crowd, its what makes the experience so enjoyable. Best I've had is the Dawn of the Dead remake. I managed to convince a massive group of different friends to come together to go see it, so we had a whole row of 25 of us in a sold out showing. Watching everyone jump and laugh was superb....everyone was really pleased I organised it and some of them weren't even horror fans.
One of the worst was this summer for The Avengers. We had this over excited 10 year old who must have had too much candy before he came in. He was shouting "WOW" and "COOL" every time there was some action, and repeating lines of dialogue back to his Dad. It was genuine excitement so i was quite cute...for about ten minutes. The climatic battle scene was like having a commentator sat behind us. I was this close to lobbing my popcorn at him. www.filmsfilmsfilms.co.uk - The internet's best movie site!
