I read on another thread I think that Weight Watchers made all fruit 0 points, so eat whichever fruits you like. I also read that apples are negative calories, meaning that to digest one if you eat it skin and all burns more calories than was in it.
Absolutely, 100% not true. You're thinking of celery (which nobody could eat that much of anyway, because it's gross), not apples.
Uuuummm 'xuse me but didn't I tell y'all in another thread that celery was sexy! Well NOT only is it sexy it's delicious! Now stop it! Yeah I really like it! I'm the mistake you wanna make |

I dont have a weight problem, but two things that melted the extra fat I did have are stress and diabetes. Stress: I can't eat or sleep. Once I went from 160 lbs to 115 lbs in a matter of 3 weeks. Diabetes II: When I was first diagnosed, I was prescribed the medication "Metformn," great, big horse pills. I had to take 4 of them a day. They dropped my weight 10 lbs. Of course, I don't advocate getting diabetes, but that medication was a surprise. [Edited 6/28/12 14:22pm] |

Metformin kills my appetite and trimmed at least six inches off my waist. |

Progesterone fixed my hormone balance (for awhile, anyway) - and 20 pounds literally fell off me last year. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. |

stay away from all foods white. Milk, cream, sour cream, white flour, white sugar, potatoes, eggs, white rice, butter & cheese (which is basically white with color), mayo, creamy salad dressings, creamy soups...
Well, that's no fun.
Most of the stuff I eat is white and or creamy.
I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think. |
