I just came back from a trip to the USA today and was all happy and that, apart from wanting to stay until I got a phone call to find out one of my best friends was tragically killed in a car accident while I was away.

I never heard anything until now and feel so bad, sad and devastated. I wish I had met her more often when I had the opportunities and now she is gone. She is such a special person, it shouldnt have happened. Life throws some terrible things at you.

Cherish each day and your friends; as you do not know what tomorrow brings and I am gonna try real hard to take my own advice.


May she rest in Peace.

Red, though no one can really explain why these horrible things happen, rest assured that life is a gift, and that no one ever really dies. I pray to God that might help you a bit while you're in such pain. You're in my prayers.

So sorry to hear of this sad loss. It can help if you put your favourite music on and close your eyes. Think of her and what it was that you loved about each other ~ remember and cherish the special times you shared. Let that warm glow enter your body. Feel her Spirit ~ be grateful that your paths had crossed for the time they did. You will miss her and need to surround yourself with people who care about you. When this happens to someone I love, I plant a tree that has characteristics that reminds me of them. Kind of creates a special place to go and meditate about the friendship.
